Privacy Agreement

The order services on Our website need to collect members' personal information while deliverying our services, but we have set up effective policies to guarantee members' privacy. Privacy online Policy places great emphasis in protecting personal private information. Personal private information includes member's name, address, telephone number, email address and any other information about users' online activity.

We respect and protect personal information of memers, and we do not sell or rent anything about personal information without member's consent. We guarrantee we never let out any customer information to any unrelated third party.

Order Notice

Two ordering methods are supported: online order and traditional order. The customer can submit order request via ZMZ online order system and wait for ZMZ's quote, and the order contract between ZMZ and the customer takes effect after the customer receives the quote and pay for it. As for the traditional order method, the client has to sign order contract with ZMZ sale people

1. Having signed the contract, Part A (the client) first prepay 50% of the total amount of the order, and after Part A have affirmed and agreed, then pay for the other 50%. Otherwise, Part A can prefer to pay for complete payment at one time. If Part A has any revision advice of the painting, as long as the originally agreed stucture is not changed, Part B (ZMZ) won't charge any extra fee.
2. After the order is finished, Part B (ZMZ) will inform of Part A within 24 hours. If in 3 months Part A has not drawn the order painting, or cannot be touched, it will be considered as Part A's giving up the order, and Part B has the right to sell, exhibit, dispose or take other actions to the order.
3. As for wedding or portrait painting order, please make sure you offer feature photos of the figure in different angles, such as: digital photos of the obverse and lateral feature of face. The photos should be clear and strongly contrast in dark and light. Artists will design paintings according to the photos you offer, and will magage the order(of wedding or portrait oil painting) in art view, pursuing more professtional and more perfect picture impact to get the recognization of the client.
4. Statement: The figures in the finished wedding or portrait oil painting order are guarranteed to be basically the same according to the offered photos but not exactly identical.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is subject to the agreed time on the order contract, and the delivery time of online order will be further informed of.
Referrence: It will take generally 9-10 days to finish a portrait of 60x90cm size. The exact time will be according to the order amount.

Painting Material

If the client does not put forward any particular requirement of painting cloth, we will take canvas as choice. The client needn't to offer any particular requirement about the paint oil, for we all prefer national name brand products.

Order Process

1. Select the photo you want to order;
2. Click on "I Want to Order"
3. Input order information and upload the photo(you should register and sign in first.);
4. Confirm order information and submit the order;
5. Wait for the quote;
6. Pay(at least 50% of total in advance);
7. The artist starts to creat;
8. Deliver, check and accept after the painting's finished;
