How to order?

1. Click "Order" button below the frame description; Verify member information (NEW users please register first)
2. Input order specification; If you want to order a frame as well, please tick the "I want to order a frame of the same specification as the above oil painting.". Then choose a frame from frame list below;
3. Click " Next";
4. Confirm order information, choose payment and shipping method first (We will take these informations into account for the quote) ;
5. Submit and wait for the quote;
6. Pay within 3 days after agreeing to the quote;

Discounts for Batch Quantity Order:

Quotes on the frame list are retail prices. Various discounts will be offered if an order of more than 20 items is made at a time. More details please contact us.

Delivery Time:

Generally, we will reply the order finishing time to you based on the actual condition after we receive order information from you.

Painting Material:

If the client does not put forward any particular requirement of painting cloth, we will take canvas as choice. Client needn't to offer any particular requirement about the paint, for we all prefer national name brand products.

Want to know a quote

Place an order through ZMZ online order system first. We will send the quote to you as soon as we receive order information from you. You can cancel the order if you do not agree to the quote.

Return Policy

When you buy or order at ZMZ websites, and the following situation happens when you receive the package, you can request to refund the money or exchange the goods within 15 days from the date you receive the package. (The receiving date is subject to the signing date on UPS, DHL, Federal Express websites).

1. The received goods do not comply with the picture and description on ZMZ website.
2. The received parcel (goods) is damaged.
   Special Note: Please do check the parcel condition before signing on the airway bill. If the parcel (goods) has got damaged, please do not make signature and inform of us in time.
3. The goods get damaged naturally within 15 days after your receipt, not including caused by any damage from man-made strike or ill environmental factors or natural disasters.

If any of the above situations happens, you can request to refund the money or exchange the goods. ZMZ affords the returning freight caused by this.
