Note: The total amount of the bid excludes fittings and freight; Submitting successfully does not mean purchasing successfully.Before ZMZ¡¯s approval, the item is for sale, and can be bought in any time by other members. Too low bid may lead to disapproval. One user can only have 3 chances to bid on one item.
If an item is suggested in description ¡°under dealing¡±, the item has been bought but not paid. If the customer can not pay in 7 days, he¡¯s regarded to give up this dealing, and the buying is invalid.
After invalidation of the buying, other customers can buy the item immediately. Any cost due to deal cut automatically by failing to pay in time is not in ZMZ's responsibility range, neither for any compensation.
Sale price generally exclude price of fittings (frame), and customer has to pay extra cost to choose fittings.
Customer can choose during buying according to own needs.
Note: "Frame: Selective" in description means that cusmter can buy a frame as well;
"Frame: unavailable" means there¡¯s no frame for the painting. If customer want to buy a frame, please go to frame list to buy or order one;
"Rolled in tube" means that customer only buy a painting, and it¡¯s rolled in tube and shipped. You can fix a frame after receiving the painting;
"With stretcher¡± means that the painting is shipped with stretcher(without a frame);
"With stretcher and frame" means customer buy a whole fit of painting(include frame). You can place it on the wall right after it arrives.

When you buy or order at ZMZ websites, and the following situation happens when you receive the package, you can request to refund the money or exchange the goods within 15 days from the date you receive the package. (The receiving date is subject to the signing date on UPS, DHL, Federal Express websites).
