Purchase Process: ① Choose item(s) → ② Add to shopping cart → ③ Sign in or Register → ④ Settlement Center → ⑤ Submit

First: Check goods description carefully: price, shipping cost, return policy, etc.Then choose fittings and shipping area, click "Add to shopping cart" button.

Second: Confirm shopping cart then click "Go to settlement center", and enter your user name and password to validate user ID. If you are a new user, please register first.

Third: Sign in. Fill in receiver information－Payment method－Shipping method－Submit

Fourth: Enter payment page as suggested to pay.

Gentle Reminder:
Please pay within 7 days since submitting purchasing bill. If you can not pay within stipulated time, the system will cancel this deal automatically, and any cost brought by this situation is not in ZMZ's responsibility range, neither for any compensation.

How to bid?

① Choose an bidding item → ② Click "Bid" button → ③ Signg in, or Register → ④ Input your bid and confirm → ⑤ Submit

First: Check goods description carefully: price, shipping cost, return policy, etc.Then choose fittings and shipping area, click "Bid" button.

Second: ID validation－Input your bid－Confirm your bid－Submit

Third: ZMZ approve customer’s bid－Customer send payment

Note: The total amount of the bid excludes fittings and freight; Submitting successfully does not mean purchasing successfully.Before ZMZ’s approval, the item is for sale, and can be bought in any time by other members. Too low bid may lead to disapproval. One user can only have 3 chances to bid on one item.

Under dealing

If an item is suggested in description “under dealing”, the item has been bought but not paid. If the customer can not pay in 7 days, he’s regarded to give up this dealing, and the buying is invalid.

After invalidation of the buying, other customers can buy the item immediately. Any cost due to deal cut automatically by failing to pay in time is not in ZMZ's responsibility range, neither for any compensation.

Choose fittings

Sale price generally exclude price of fittings (frame), and customer has to pay extra cost to choose fittings.
Customer can choose during buying according to own needs.

Note: "Frame: Selective" in description means that cusmter can buy a frame as well;
"Frame: unavailable" means there’s no frame for the painting. If customer want to buy a frame, please go to frame list to buy or order one;
"Rolled in tube" means that customer only buy a painting, and it’s rolled in tube and shipped. You can fix a frame after receiving the painting;
"With stretcher” means that the painting is shipped with stretcher(without a frame);
"With stretcher and frame" means customer buy a whole fit of painting(include frame). You can place it on the wall right after it arrives.

We accept several payment methods:

Return Policy

We aim at protecting ZMZ customers' rights and interests and set forth this return policy.
When you buy or order at ZMZ websites, and the following situation happens when you receive the package, you can request to refund the money or exchange the goods within 15 days from the date you receive the package. (The receiving date is subject to the signing date on UPS, DHL, Federal Express websites).

1. The received goods do not comply with the picture and description on ZMZ website.
2. The received parcel (goods) is damaged.
   Special Note: Please do check the parcel condition before signing on the airway bill. If the parcel (goods) has got damaged, please do not make signature and inform of us in time.
3. The goods get damaged naturally within 15 days after your receipt, not including caused by any damage from man-made strike or ill environmental factors or natural disasters.
   If any of the above situations happens, you can request to refund the money or exchange the goods. ZMZ affords the returning freight caused by this.

Guarantee of description validity

To set up a public image of "serve customers, be responsible to customers, satisfy customers", we make great effort to make sure that descriptions of all items for sale are consistent to actual items and all the pictures customers see are taken of actual items. All items for sale are in stock and can be sent out in 24 hours. Customer can apply for total refund if he or she receives goods not complying with the description, and ZMZ affords the freight caused by this.
