Xinxin Yang,male, born in 1957. He graduated from Central Industrial Art School and he’s now the art editor of Central Media.
Post Title: editor director(associate professor), works at cover, illustration and format designation ect. He makes rather fluence in fine art creation of children reading, and has more than 80 children’s books in print. He learns great painting and calligraphy skills from famous painter Yang Yongqing, and he’s good at painting people, animals. His works has appeared in many newspapers and magazines. In 2005, his Chinese traditional painting works KANGDING LOVE SONG and TAMBOURIN DANCE OF KOREAN have been collected into Chinese Annual Painting Volume. In 2005, his illustration in children’s book, Animal Diary---Panda and Animal Diary---Chicken, have won Excellence award in illustration group in the 6th National Book Design Art Exhibition. Meanwhile, his illustration in children’s book, Chocolate Candy in Shotgun, entered art exhibition. His volume series Animal Diary---Swan, Animal Diary---Panda and Animal Diary---Chicken, won nomination awards in the 5th National Book Award, first prize in the 5th National Excellent Children’s Book Award, and the 11th Bingxin Children’s Bood Award. In 2004, his computer drawing works, Advice of Sun, Sail in Mind and Triumph won Excellence Works Award in plane design group in China International Computer Art Design, held by Art Association of China. In 2000, cartoon Will of Tour Guide has won bronze prize in the 10th National News Cartoon Works Award, held by China Journalist Association. In 1998, his works Interesting New Fairy Tales---Gaigai Stack, which is a series of 18, has won the 3rd National Excellent Children’s Book Award, issued by China Education Department. In 1996, his self-designed magazine cover of Banyuetan won Annual Excellent Cover Design Award, issued by China Journalist Association. In 1988, his design won second award in national invite public bidding of symbol design of China Woman Association.
