bing Chen, whose pen name is inkstone, is a renowed painter and penman, as well as a art critic. He was born in Chongqin. He spent his school life in Chongqin Teachers’ College in his early year. later he studied in West South Normal University , majored in art.He was then helped and teached by professor LiKuchan from who he was greatly benifited. More recent he took further study in Beijing Art Institude and was teached by CuiZifan,LouShibai and Shiqi. Now he becomes  a sideline professor of Art Education College of Xiamen University and Beijing Education College, a visiting professor, a boffin of Xiamen Art Education Institute , a subdecanal, and the prior of CuiZifan art Institute of Qingdao.
