Changjiang Feng was born in Xi’an in July of 1943 with original home of Hua county of Henan province. He is member of China Artist Association, member of China Calligrapher Association. He once worked as dean of Shanxi Art Seminar. He liked painting since he was a child. First he studied chinese washes and then claborate-style painting. Impact and mingle of western and eastern cultures was expressed vividly in his works. He once studied chinese claborate-style paintings and copy of ancient fresco after famous art painter Mr. Jiezi Pan. He took long time to copy and research the fresco of Yongle Palace, Qinglong Temple, Fanzhi Temple, Gaoping Kaihua Temple and Taiyuan Lourui Grave, from which he had good experience and established strong base for the latter art style. He majors in character paintings, landscape paintings and he especially specializes in making big scene. The modern females under his pen is full of orient charm which shows his skillful painting skills. His works emphasize chinese traditional line drawing and put western painting color. He combines chinese painting skills and t raditional culture to form obvious personal style. Beauty of the picture reflects the understanding and focus to the beauty. His works are with heavy color, peace, elegent, handsome and with deep time flatus.
