Cheng Wang was born in Haicheng city of Liaoning province. In 2005, he graduated from the oil painting specialty of Changchun Normal Academy with bachelor’s degree. Since August of 2005, he teaches as a lecturer of oil painting specialty in Orient Art Professional Academy in Shijiazhuang.
