Qing Song is from Xingping of Shanxi province and is vice professor in Xi’an Art Academy with an education of graduate. He is a member of Shanxi Art Association, member of Shanxi Aquarelle Academy, commissary of the art committee of Shanxi High Education Association, and commissary of Civilian Alliance Shanxi Art Committee. In 2006, he established the 1st professional aquarelle web---China Western Aquarelle Web. His works were published on China Aquarelle, Aquarelle Painter, Art Center, Northwest Art, Art Watch, Art Paper, China Painting and Calligraphy Paper, China Education Paper, Culture Art Paper, etc. and once took part in national, provincial and city exhibitions with awards.

2008   Aquarelle COLD WINTER and LATE AUTUMN took part in the 1st China Aquarelle Celebrities’ Excellent Works Exhibition in Xi’an.
2008   Aquarelle FIRST SNOW and DRY WIND took part in 2008 Shenzhen Aquarelle Sketch Inviting Exhibition in Shenzhen Contemporary Art Museum.
2008   Aquarelle MIST RAIN OF LIJIANG RIVER took part in Taiwan International Aquarelle Inviting Exhibition.
2008   In November, he held Sing In Western---Song and Qing Aquarelle Exhibition in Yunnan.
