Weimin Zhou was borm in March of 1958 from Dongning of Hei Long Jiang province. He graduated from the art department of Harbin Normal University. Now he works as a member of China Artists Association, member of China Artists Association Hei Long Jiang Branch, member of Hei Long Jiang Aquarelle Art Association, member of Hei Long Jiang Photography Art Association and director of Peony River Artists Association. He works in Dongning Customs of PRC and is good at aquarelle, dactylogram painting, photography, and collecting. His art and photography works once took part in provincial and national exhibitions for many times and won prizes. Especially his dactylogram paintings were collected by friends from Russia, Australia, Korea, Japan, Holland, etc. His works and resume were recorded to China Painting and Calligraphy & Carving Celebrity Comprehensive Work, China Folk Celebrities List, China Hot Earth Competitive Works Volume, etc. His dactylogram painting NOT FISH FOR MOON took part in National Sightseeing Year for China-Japan Friendship in 1992. His aquarelle FARMHOUSE YARD took part in National Painting Exhibition for the 80th year of establishing our part and won the Third-grade Award, and the work was collected by the nation and general administration of customs.
