Fei Liu,  with Han Nationality, was born in Qionglai of Sichuan province on 14th March of 1978. In 2004, he graduated from the oil painting department of Chuanyin Chengdu Art Academy. Now he is a professional painter and his atelier is in Hongkou district of Shanghai.
