Le Luo was born in Luann of Anhui province in 1982. In 2002, he graduated from art education specialty of Luann Normal University. In 2007, he graduated with bachelor’s degree from Southwest Jiao Tong University in which he studied painting in Art and Broadcasting Academy. Since 2007, he studies for master’s degree on Chinese painting direction in Art and Broadcasting Academy of Southwest Jiao Tong University.
