Shengli Zhao, male, was born in Changchun in 1960. In 1986, he graduated from Chinese painting specialty of the art department in Northeast Normal University. In 2001, he finished his advanced studies in China Central Art Academy. In 2003, he graduated from Chinese painting department in China Central Art Academy. Now he is vice professor of Changchun Industry University.
