Lei Zhang, male, was born in Yichang of Hubei province in 1980. In 2000, he entered the first atelier of the oil painting department of Beihong Xu Academy of Art in China People’s University and graduated in 2004 with bachelor’s degree. Now he is a professional painter.

2006   His work YEARS OF LAND OF COUNTRY, FRESH WIND LAST NIGHT were published on the magazine ENTER.
2007   His work BROTHER AND SISTER, FORGET BEFORE and THE BEST TIME took part in Five People United Exhibition of Bird’s-eye View--Painting is Life in Beijing Up Up Art Gallery.
2007   BROTHER AND SISTER took part in the auction of Beijing Libo International Auction Company. BROTHER AND SISTER and FORGET BEFORE were published on 2007 China Contemporary Art.
2008   His work PAINTING DREAM SERIES took part in City View---Hubei Power of Contemporary Art Exhibition in Xinbo Gallery of Moganshan in Shanghai.
2008   His work PAINTING DREAM SERIES was selected to HI Art of July-August edition.
