Tiegang Yang, male, was born in August of 1984. In 2003, he entered the oil painting department of Jilin Art Academy and graduated with bachelor’s degree in 2007. In the same year, he entered the oil painting specialty for master’s degree of Guangxi Art Academy. Now he is a graduate of the oil painting specialty in Guangxi Art Academy.
