Shengchang Tian is male with an art name Jiping and a net name Laniu Wendao. He is 42 and was a worker, farmer, teacher, drama actor, art planner and editor. He worked in packing design and stage art. His home is in Huailai of Hebei province. He graduated from Art Academy of Hebei Normal University. Now he is a member of Hebei Artist Association. He took part in provincial and city art exhibitions for many times. In Februray of 1992, his traditional Chinese painting LOESS SLOB CHILD won prize in the activity of International Chinese Painting Exhibition and Game held by China Orient Art Research Society. Now he majors in oil painting.
