Wei Liu, male, was born in 1974. He studied in the Art Academy of West China Normal University in Nanchong city of Sichuan province. In 2001, he graduated from the oil painting department of Sichuan Art Academy with bachelor’s degree. In 2005, he graduated from the oil painting department of Sichuan Art Academy with master’s degree.
2003   He took part in the 1st Chongqing Oil Painting Exhibition.
2003   He took part in Chinese Element-Direction Oil Painting Art Exhibition.
2004   He took part in Oil Painting Annual Exhibition of Sichuan Art Academy (and won Graduate Award).
2004   He took part in the 10th National Art Exhibition in Chongqing.
