Zhenan Cui, male, was born in Wangqing county of Jilin province on 11 March 1973. He is Chaoxian nationality and Pisces with AB blood. He likes literature and art. In June of 2000, he graduated from the oil painting department of Yanbian University in Jinlin province of China. His art idea: Art creation needs careful thinking and to be far away from noisy city and tempt of benefit. The essence of art is only a kind of life which I like.
Art experience and exhibitions:
1987   He contact sketch when he was in grade 2 of junior high school.
1991   In the end of the year, he started to study sketch and oil painting following Mr. Zhekui Piao in the Culture Palace of Wangqing county in Jilin province.
1999   In September, his oil painting work DARK was selected to Yanbian Art Works Exhibition for celebrating the 50-year establishment of PRC.
2000   In July, his graduating work CAMEL was collected by the art department of Art Academy in Yanbian University in Jilin province.
2001   In June, his oil painting AUTUMN DREAM was selected to Art, Calligraphy and Photography Works Exhibition for memorizing the 80-year establishment of China Communist Party.
2002   In Spring, he joined in Jilin Art Association Yanbian Branch and became a member of Oil Painting Association in Yanbian Art Association.
2002   In September, his oil painting POWER OF LIFE was selected to Yanbian Art Works Exhibition for celebrating the 50-year establishment of Chaoxian nationality Self-government of Yanbian.
2003   In March, travelling day.
2003   In October, his oil painting CHARM OF TAIGU was selected to the 47th City Exhibition of Boqi City in Xinxie country of Japan.
2003   In November, Xinxie Industry University of Boqi City, Xinxie County in Japan held a general works exhibition including painting, computer design, calligraphy and sculpture.
2005   In June, his propylene compound material painting of opaque watercolour MEMORY OF WINTER was selected to the 60th Xinxie Art Exhibition.
2005   In October, his propylene compound material painting of opaque watercolour SNOW FLOW was selected to Shangyue City Art Exhibtion of Xinxie county and won the Xinxie Daily Art Award.
2005   In November, his propylene compound material painting of opaque watercolour STILL LIFE NO. 1 was selected to Miaogao city Art Exhibition and won the Excellent Award.
2005   In November, his propylene compound material painting of opaque watercolour FAR AWAY MEMORY was selected to the 34th Xinxie Art Exhibition.
2005   In December, Shangyue Citizen Culture Activity Center of Xinxie county in Japan held a general personal exhibition including painting, computer design, calligraphy, photography, poem, etc.
2006   In February, his propylene compound material painting of opaque watercolour OVERLOOK MOUNTAINS was selected to the free department of the 15th Japanese Art Salon Painting Apreciating Exhibition.
2008   In May, his propylene compound material painting of opaque watercolour IMPRESSION OF FUJI MOUNTAIN won the Minfujin Award of Rikan county, his photography QUIET STREET won the Encouragement Award, his calligraphy YUANMING TAO POEMS was selected to the 21st Fujing Art Exhibition.
