Min He (Huage), male, was born in Yaan of Sichuan province in 1967. In 1991, he graduated from the Chinese painting specialty of Sichuan Art Academy. In 1997, he graduated from the oil painting specialty of Liberation Army Art Academy. He is a member of Sichuan Artists Association of China Artists Association. In November of 2006, he lived into Luoyuan Art Space of Song Zhuang.
