Xiaocai Liu, male, was born in Hunan province in 1980. He studied in the oil painting department of Xi’an Art Academy majoring in oil painting, wash, etc. Many of his works were collected by domestic and foreign organizations or private persons.
2007   PURE TIME, CITY GIRLS SERIES-PLAYING CARDS and CITY GIRLS SERIES-PLAYING-SMOKING participated in the 2nd China Fine Arts Annual of College Students and won the Bronze Prize.
PURE TIME and CITY GIRLS SERIES-PLAYING-SMOKING participated in the 12th Meiyuan Cup and both won the Excellence Award.
