Xianing Yao, male, was born in Qupu of Shandong province in 1963. He is the director professor of art department in Qupu Normal University, chairman of Rizhao Art Designers Association, member of International Commercial Art Designers Association, commissary of China Specialty Committee of H.O. Shandong District, member of China Industry Design Association, member of China Artists Association Shandong Branch and member of Shandong Oil Painting Academy.
1982   He graduated from the art department in Qupu Normal University.
1993-1994  He studied in decorating art department of China Central Industrial Art Academy.
1997-1998  He visited Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan Poland.
2003   Skidmore College invited his to take part in the exhibition, science reports, etc. art communicating activity. His works once took part in the exhibitions held by Poland, Belgium, America, China Art Association, Province Association, Province Oil Painting Academy, etc and won the prizes. His works were collected by overseas art organizations and private persons. He published Xianing Yao Painting Works Gathering and Identification System Design of Modern Enterprise Visualization. His painting works were specially introduced on the 3rd term of China Oil Painting 2006, the 7th term of Art Observation 2001, the 7-8 monthly of Art World 2002, the 25th term of Art Collecting and Investment, etc.
