Huiyao Fu is 2nd grade limb incomplete. He is member of China Handicapped Artists Sodality, member of Jiangsu Art Artists Association and craftwork art master. He is reality painter specializing in the creation of oil painting, print painting and comic painting. Since 1980, he started to publish oil painting, print painting and comic painting on Comic Paper, Fuchunjiang Paper, Story Painting Paper, Tale Publish, Orient Youth, Youth, Reader, etc. He took part in the exhibitions for more than 10 times. In 1980s, his oil painting SPACE and WINTER IMPRESSION were selected to National art exhibition and were exhibited in China Art Gallery. CCTV once reported it and exhibited the work SPACE. In 2000, he represented China handicapped artists to visit Japan. In 2005, his oil painting LOST DREAM OF CHILDHOOD was recorded to China Handicapped Artists Excellent Works Gathering. In 2006, his work SNOW WELCOMES SPRING was selected to the 4th Beijing 2008 Olympic Culture Festival Series Activity—China Handicapped Artists Excellent Works Exhibition and was selected to exhibit in America. In 2007, his work ORIENT RED was selected to the 6th Jiangsu Oil Painting Exhibition and was collected by collectors.
