Xiao Huang, female, was born in Quancheng of Jinan in July of 1982. She graduated from the oil painting department of China Art Academy in 2005 and got the literature bachelor’s degree. In 2008, she graduated from the oil painting department of China Art Academy and got the art bachelor’s degree.
