Peizhong Li was born in Shenyang in 1957. During 1981 to 1987, he graduated from the oil painting specialty of Liaoning Education Academy. He is a member of China Industrial Arts Artists Association, Art Professional Committee of China Child Paper, member of Liaoning Artists Association and now he is the art editor of Pupil Paper. His works took part in province, city art exhibition for many times. In 2006, he held personal oil painting scenery sketching exhibition in Hangzhou Shenchang Art Gallery. His works were once published on China Art Paper, Art View, etc. and his works were collected by collectors in China and overseas.
