Tianwai Liu is male. From 1996 to 1999, he studied in Shaoyang Normal School in Hunan province. During the school, he together with his classmates operated the literature society which got the special honor in the nationwide for many times. He published his art works and literature works on the province and city magazines. His storybook <Live in the Fairy House at Night> was published on <Hunan Elementary School Teachers> and was collected to <Hope Literature Gathering> of 1998 volume. His prose <Strange Privities> was published on <Campus Literature>; his prose <Life with Lofty Sentiments> won the First Award in the Cross-century Literature Selecting Game of Freshmen held by Hunan Culture Office. His sketch OLD NANNA was published on <Shaoyang Daily>.
