Jiqing He was born in Yingkou city of Liaoning province in 1985. Since 2004, he is studying in the print painting department of Tianjin Art Academy.
2005   He won the Excellent Award of the Minghua Cup National Art Works Game.
2007   He won the Gold Award of National Painting and Calligraphy Game for memorizing the 1450 years of Xun Ouyang.
2007   In June, he won the Second Award of Painting and Calligraphy Game of Chinese Artists along the channel for welcoming the Olympic.
2007   In July, he took part in the Undergraduates Art Communicating Exhibition between Tianjin Art Academy and American California State University Long Beach---Knowing Ways to Seek for Longer (In American California State University Long Beach).
2007   In August, he took part in the 2nd Undergraduates Nominating Exhibition of Modern Art Academy (in Beijing Today Art Gallery).
2007   In November, he took part in Paper Works Communicating Exhibition of Outside the Fencing Wall (in Belgium Imperial Art Academy).
2008   In January, he won the Third-grade Scholarship of the 2nd Yongxin Print Scholarship (in the underground hall of Tianjin Art Academy).
2008   In March, he took part in 2007 China Modern Art Literature Exhibition (in Beijing Wall Art Gallery).
2008   In May, his works took part in the 6th Academy’s Lightness Works Exhibition and won the Nominating Award.
2008   In June, his graduating creation won the Second Award of graduating creations in Tianjin Art Academy.
