Lixing Shi, male, Han nationality, was born in 1962. His alias is Heyun Xuan. He is a college graduate and once got the guidance of several famous painters. In 1986, he worked in Haixing People’s Courthouse of his hometown and his paintings mainly were claborate-style paintings. Now he is a member of Hebei Artists Association. His exhibition condition:
