Xiaohu He was born in Zigong city of Sichuan province and studied drawing painting since he was a child. In 1989, he entered the China Central Industrial Arts Academy (now the Art Academy of Tsinghua University). He studied from famous painters. During the school, many works were collected by the academy. After he graduated in 1993, he entered Beijing Wanda Designing Co., Ltd and worked in the designing. Now he is the vice manager, art majordomo, member of China Art Association and the special-invited painter of HK International Painting and Calligraphy Academy. In the modern colored Chinese painting field, he is successful. He has finished several large-scale projects by himself. These years, he studied the color paintings, created and developed the wash. Many of his works were collected by collectors and governments.

2006  He painted the large-scale colored Chinese paintings SUNRISE OF MOUNTAIN TAI, CLOUDS OF THE YELLOW MOUNTAIN, PEONY ALL OVER THE GARDEN, FRUITFUL and WIND AND CLOUDS OF TIANSHAN MOUNTAIN for Beijing Research and Development Center of Guangdong Mingyang Wind Electric Technique Co., Ltd.
2006  He painted the large-scale colored Chinese painting MORNING SUNSHINE OVER THE GREAT WALL for the American World Business Alliance Unite.
2006  He painted the large-scale color painting FIRST SUN RAYS OF MOUNTAIN TAI for the American Northern 1st Development Unite.
2007  In March he painted large-scale oil painting MORNING OF AMERICA and color painting CLOUDS OVER THE SPRING MOUNTAIN, PURPLE FROM THE EAST for America Hansen Finance Company Beijing Office.
2007  In April, he painted large-scale oil painting AMERICAN SPIRIT, AMERICAN BYGONE CIVILIZATION COUNTRY for the American Franklin Fund Unite.
2007  In June, the American International Invest Finance Group Co., Ltd collected his color painting TWO FLOWERS STRIKE FOR BEAUTY and MOON OF LOTUS POND.
2008  In January, Zigong Art Gallery of Sichuan province collected his color painting DOUBLE FLOWERS IN LOTUS POND.
