Xueqing Guo, female, from Heze, Shandong, member of Heze Artists’ Association, graduated from China Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University in 2004, passed the exam to study  in study class of Plastic Arts of Traditional Chinese Painting of China Central Academy of Fine Arts, now she is vice secretary-general of Beijing Jingdong Art Museum Art Committee.
