Wangcai Qin, born in Guilin in 1973, finished undergraduate courses and graduated from Fine Art Department of Huazhong Normal University in 1996, member of China Artists’ Association, docent of Art Department of Guangxi Industrial Institute, vice chairman of Liuzhou Artists’ Association.
