Changzai Cao, male, born in Suning, Hebei in Oct 1953, graduated from Printing Department of China Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1987, member of China Printing Painters’ Association, member of  China Oil Artists’ Association, member of Tianjing Artists’ Association of China, First Level Painter of China Oil Painting Gallery.
