Mu Yuan, courtesy name Ziniu, born in 1961. Now he is specially engaged painter of Traditional Chinese Painting Gallery of Jiangsu and Henan Painting Gallery, signed painter of Taiwan ARTSKY Copyright Authorization Centre, director of Exhibition Department of Bense Art Museum, and professor and graduate students’ hierophant of Art College of Suzhou University. He engaged in the creation and theory research of traditional Chinese painting for long time. His works were exhibited in America, German, Japan, Singapore, and Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other country and areas and so on. 
Feb. 2005  He was invited by Culture and Education Department of Bavaria, Germany to go to Germany to give lectures for one month and held his two individual exhibitions in Munich and Deggendorf.
2006  He held his individual painting exhibitions in Haining, Zhejiang, Changsha, Hunan and Changshu, Jiangsu and so on.
2007 
He held his individual painting exhibitions in Qingzhou, Shandong, Nanjing, Jiangsu and so on.
He was invited by Xiling Engravers Society to preside Artwork Investment and Collection Forum in Zhejiang TV held by Xiling Engravers Society and Zhejiang Mobile together.
The former president of America Mr. Bush had collected one painting CAT AND BUTTERFLY in 1982.
Professional art magazine, newspaper, and TV of America, Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and so on all introduced and visited times. He published tens of theses on theory research, 8 monograph and 5 painting volumes.
