Xianyi Cai, born in Longhai,Fujian in November 1980. He studied in Neixi Elementary School of Haicheng from 1986 to 1992. He studied in Lianhua Middle School of Haicheng from 1992 to 1995 and won the 1st Award in Middle School Students Painting Match of Longhai City. He studied in the No.1 Professional Technical Secondary School of Zhangzhou, and was praised Zhangzhou City’s Excellent Member of the Communist Youth League. He was recommended for admission to Upholster and Design Major of Fine Art Department of Fujian Normal University by his excellent achievement. He had shouldered undersecretary of college’s Publicity Department.
1999  His poster work PROSPEROUS CHINA won the 1st Award in the  Fujian Province’s College Students’ Poster Design Award Match celebrating Macao’s Regression.
2000  He held his individual design exhibition For Tomorrow’s Memory that was first time in Fine Art Department.

2001  He graduated from Fujian Normal University (Once he was distribution, he gave up teaching occupation in middle school to devote to advertisement’s Mastermind Career).
2002  His poster work that took environmental protection as theme WASTED PAPER was nominated by World Chinese Advertisement Golden Calf Award.
2003  He masterminded to create Xianyi Cai’s Individual Art Net www.V1979.com.
2005  He held Everybody Painting Communion Studying Class and shouldered Teacher of Fine Art Course.
2001  he graduated to 2005  He mainly engaged in advertisement’s mastermind creation( and attended article’s copy writer and Script Editor of TV and film), plan design, painting creation and so on. He had shouldered art majordomo of Advertisement Company and director of corporation’s mastermind department, and won the Excellent Staff Award and Creation Contribution Award times.
2005  He studied Director of TV and film himself, taking the most rough condition(DV shot, rain by small agricultural pump, figurant and so on that cost ￥3000.00) to created and directed his 1st individual advertisement  Caritas Hospital’s TRUST PIECE that began precedent of Zhangzhou local TV and Film and was praised deeply.
2002  He was wild about local art movement and became member of Zhanghzou Painting Art Seminar, Painter of Min’nan(South of Fujian) Painting Yard and member of Xiangcheng Area’s Artists’ Association.
2007 
He masterminded to change edition of Southern magazine vision image and shouldered art editor and illustration creation for 6 editions in part time.
He designed the propagandize volume and poster for products’ extending for Zhengxing Group.
He designed the column mark for the Program Zhangzhou Amorous Feelings of Yunxiao TV.
He design image poster for Weicheng Body-building Catenation Organization.
