Xiyuan Li, born in July 1964, male, Han nationality, from Wucheng, Shandong. Currently hold the post of Standing Committee of the Town Committee of the Political Consultative Conference, director of Literary History Committee of the Political Consultative Conference. He had finished the courses of the 10th Studying Class of China Calligraphy Association Calligraphy Training Centre and was praised Excellent Student. He is director of China Calligraphers' Association, member of China Painting Art Committee, member of Shandong Calligraphers' Association, member of Dezhou Calligraphers' Association.
