Qishun Dai(pen name Ge Tian), born in Sep 1949, from Hong’an Town, Hubei, art read and editor of Hubei Peoples’ Book Concern. He loves literature art as childhood, was Old Three Due Intellective Youth, and he has 11 years’ art experience as clamjamfry, 13 years’ practice as newspaper art, 15 years’ experience as book decorating art. Qishun Dai has more than 40 years’ art creation career, has abundant creation experience and his painting skill base is very thick, his art deals with wide fields. Now he is member of China Artists’ Association Hubei Branch, member of Hubei Printers’ Association, member of Sino-Japan Art Communication Association, painter of Hubei Traditional Chinese  Painting Academe, First Level Painting Teacher, director of Hubei Painting Academe, vice dean of original Chibi Painting Yard.
He mainly attacks oil painting, traditional Chinese painting, print and study iconograph, cartoon, as well as book decorating art in part time. He applied himself to Chinese characters and traditional Chinese painting art from 1985, He depended on his special sight, traditional processions, meaningful creation idea to add extraordinary splendor for Chinese characters and traditional Chinese painting art, and gained distinct achievement.

1979  His print ON THE WAY AFTER CLASS OVER won the 3rd Award in Hubei Artwork Exhibition celebrating for the 30th’s Anniversary of PRC’s foundation (Hubei).
1984  His woodcut BIG BALANCE, SPRING AND AUTUMN won the Art Creation Award celebrating for the 35th’s Anniversary of PRC’s foundation (Hubei).
1988  His dobby iconograph work won the 2nd Award in the 1st Hubei News Art Exhibition (Hubei).
1989  His sketch work SEEDLING BUSY AT PADDY RAIN SEASON won the 2nd Award in the 1st Hubei News Art Exhibition (Hubei).
1991  His group paintings STRONG SONG FIGHTING FOR FLOOD won the 1st Award in Hubei News Award(Hubei).
1993  His traditional Chinese painting MORNING HERD won the Excellent Award in the 2nd National Chinese Landscape Painting Exhibition(Shenzhen, Wuhan).
1994  His  decorating design ART OF WAR BY SUN WU DICTIONARY won the 1st Award in 94 Hubei Book Decorating Art Annual Exhibition(Hubei) and the 3rd Award in the 4th National Book Decorating Art Exhibition(Beijing).
1995  His traditional Chinese painting RED EARTH TELL THE DAWN was chosen to Contemporary China Famous Landscape  Painter Invitation Exhibition(Beijing).
1997  His decorating design BOOK IN THE WORLD won the 1st Award in the 1st South of China 12 Provinces’ Book Decorating Art Study as well as Comment Exhibition and was edited to China Modern Art Corpora book decorating volume(Beijing). 
1996  His decorating thesis DECORATING ART AND BOOKS MARKET won the 3rd Award in the 3rd National Decorating Art Thesis and Research Fruit Comment Award(Beijing), was edited into Decorating Art New Theory(Published by Guangxi), China Contemporary Decorating Art Corpus(Published by Jilin).
1997  His decorating design GOING INTO SAINT SERIES won the 1st Award in Hubei Book Decorating Art Comment Exhibition (Wuhan).
1998-2000  His integer design WORLD CHINESE PAINTER THREE GORGES’ STONE won the 1st Award in Hubei Book Decorating Art Comment Expiation, the 1st Award in Hubei Province Committee Publicity Ministry Publicizing External Books, Integer Design Excellent Award in the 5th National Book Decorating Art, 2001 Hubei Books Award issued by Hubei Peoples’ Government. 
1998  His format design OLD IMAGE OF BIG WUHAN won the 1st Award in Hubei Books Decorating Art Exhibition (Wuhan).
2001  His traditional Chinese painting TRAVEL IN WIND AND SNOW won the 3rd Award in Hubei  Periodical Art Photography Exhibition celebrating the 80th’s Anniversary of CCP’s foundation(Wuhan).
2001  His traditional Chinese painting SHEPHERDESS won the Excellent Award in the 21 Century-Welcoming Nationality Passion Painting Exhibition (Beijing).
2001  His traditional Chinese painting GREAT CONFUCIAN IN ALL PLACES was honored of New Century China 200 Landscape Schools (Zhengzhou, Beijing).
2002  His traditional Chinese painting GREAT CONFUCIAN IN ALL PLACES won the Bronze Award in the 1st National News Publishing Painting Match (Beijing).
2003  His traditional Chinese painting YEARS DISSOLUTE was honored New Century 400 China Painting and Calligraphy Schools in the 4th Prince Cup Cross-Strait Painting Exhibition (Beijing, Hong Kong, Taiwan).  
2002  His format design CHINESE CHARACTERS CARTOON SERIES (chief editor-cooperator) won the Golden Award of Hubei Decorating Design (Wuhan).
2003  His CHINESE CHARACTERS CARTOON SERIES (chief editor-cooperator) was published by Hubei Book Concern of Youth and Children, at the same year, Hong Kong Chinese Publishing House got the copyright and published as well (Wuhan, Hong Kong).
2003  His CHINESE CHARACTERS CARTOON SERIES (chief editor-cooperator) won the 15th Bingxin Children Books Award (Beijing).
Feb 2005  His CHINESE CHARACTERS CARTOON SERIES(chief editor-cooperator) was listed into Tenth Five-Year Country Important Books Publishing Layout Item(Beijing).
2006  His CHINESE CHARACTERS CARTOON IMAGE and MARK DESIGN won 89 items of Country Knowledge Right Patent Application (Beijing).
2007  His TRADITIONAL CHINESE PAINTING NEW RHYTHM ANCIENT WIND won the Silver Award in the National Industrial Arts Choicest Exhibition (Chinese Eight Art Festival).
