Yuzhu Wu, born in 1958, from Nanjing, Jiangsu, graduated from oil painting major of art department of Anhui Education College, Undergraduate. He is visiting professor of Anhui Education College, vice-researcher, member of China Artists’ Association, director of People Revolution Central Painting Yard, vice-dean of Anhui Zhongshan Painting Yard, vice secretary-general of Anhui Art Association Oil Painting Art Committee, vice secretary-general of Anhui Art Association Watercolor Art Committee.

2003 His oil painting WIND GALLOPING IN YAOGANG won the highest government award GOLDEN Award in the 14th PRC Culture Department Group Stars Award.

He attended in the 12th China Contemporary Imago Writing Realistic Artist Work Exhibition in Shenzhen.
He attended Xiamen Oil Painting Exhibition of Jin Yu, Yuzhu Wu and Tianjun Zheng in Xiamen.
He won the 1st Award of oil painting in Anhui Art Exhibition.
