Junqi Chen, ancestral home Xiangxiang, Hunan, born in Wuhan, Hubei, graduated from Hubei Academy of Fine Art. He is member of Hubei Artists' Association, Direction of China Finance Artists' Association, and signed photographer of Chinese Picture Confluence of Xinhua Wire Agency. He is good at oil painting, wash, plane design, and photography. He revelled in vision art as a child whose experience was very rough. His artwork pursued real recept of realistic life and romantic passion, containing deep Chinese culture accumulation through simple and quiet surface, showing frugal oriental spirit. His oil painting expresses romantic and expressional artistic conception through Chinese enjoyable brushwork, no spatio-temporal composition picture, and western color light as well as stable body sculpt. His poetry painting lead people think more endless just as wild songs, singing the music after painting to give someone beauty feast.

2002  His oil painting Morning Song was chosen to GREETING OLYMPIC HOPING UNIFICATION Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Match and won the 1st Prize.
2002  His oil painting LIFE'S MOVEMENT was chosen to FILLING THE WORLD WITH GREEN, GREETING OLYMPIC National Painting and Calligraphy United Exhibition and won the Bronze Award.
