Lin Wu, born in 1969, posing as Cold Inkstone lofty Owner, fast posing as Idle Cloud Hall, from Lanxi, Zhejiang. He idolized art as a child, studied painting, graduated from Traditional Chinese Painting Department of China Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is good at landscape and birds as well as flowers. His study is not restricted by tradition and is influenced by landscape of South of River. His work style is very clear, smooth and splendid, free from inhibition and appears weak buddhist meaning unconsciously. He held his individual painting exhibitions in Zhejiang, Shanghai, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Shandong. His works were chosen to National Traditional Chinese Painting Works Exhibition. He won the Silver Award in Guangdong Fine Art Work Exhibition, the Silver Award of the 5th and 6th Pengcheng Golden Autumn Art Festival Fine Art Work Exhibition issued by Shenzhen City Government, the Golden  Award of the 7th Pengcheng Golden Autumn Art Festival Fine Art Work Exhibition. His art resume and comment thesis could be seen in lots of presses, magazines, painting volumes, art websites and so on. Part of his works were collected by academic organization and persons at home and abroad. Shenzhen Special Zone Newspaper 1999 edition, Chinese Painters Oct 2005 edition, Famous Artist June 2006 edition and Orient Art and Collection 1st edition in 2008 gathered news and reported Lin Wu's specially traditional Chinese painting. He had published the painting volumes Lin Wu's  Wash, Idle Cloud Hug Quietness Lin Wu's Landscape Anthology, Contemporary Strength Pie Famous Artist Series Lin Wu;s Landscape Volume. Now he is academician of Artistic Academe of China, member of China Artist Association, director of Shenzhen Bao'an Zone Artist Association.
