Hongwei He, male, born in 1971 in Inner Mongolia, Han Nationality. In 1995, he graduated from Art Institute of Inner Mongolia Normal University. In 2003, he graduated from Assistant Class of Oil Painting of China Central Academy of Fine Arts. In 2004, he graduated from Film and TV Art Institute of Communication University of China.

During these years as a professional painter, his works were published in national presses times and his works had been collected by many galleries and collectors from USA, England, Australia, Germany and so on.
