Rongchun Liu, born in 1964, from Kunming, graduated from Fresco and Interlink Major of Southwest Art Academe(former Southeast Nomal University) with Literature Bachelor degree. At present, he had published more than 300 intergrated painting and calligraphy works on kinds of books and periodicals, newspapers as well as teaching materials, attended kinds of painting and calligraphy matches and won awards. Now he is member of International Artist League, Painting and Calligraphy  Art at Home and Abroad Sodality, China Hard Calligraphers’ Association, Art Commissioner of China Talent Seminar Artist Committee, member of Yunnan Artist Association, Yunnan Oil Painting Association and Kunming Film Artists’ Association, adjunct professor of Art Design Department of Wenhua Institute in  Yunnan Art Academe, director of Sculpt Base Staff Room.

1999  His watercolor FISHING LIGHT, MORNING SONG OF DIAN POOL, SEEING FAR IN WEST MOUNTAIN and so on were published in Chuncheng Evening Paper, City Times.
1990 to 1998  Hundreds of his Illustration and Interlink Painting were published in Yunnan Legal System Paper, Kunming Daily, City Times and some other presses, newspapers and teaching materials. 
1991  His oil painting NO TITLE won the 1st of Painting in the 1st Yunnan Supply and Marketing System Painting, Calligraphy and Sculpture Exhibition, and attended Beijing National Supply and Marketing System Fine Art Calligraphy Exhibition.
2004  His watercolor FLEETING WINK was chosen to Yunnan Fine Artwork Exhibition celebrating for the 55th’s Anniversary of PRC’s Foundation and was collected into its painting volume.

2005  His watercolor COLOR STONE FOREST, SETTING SUN attended Setting Up Storeroom, Shining the Sun 2005 Yunnan Famous Scene Landscape Painter Serious Movement Work Exhibition.
2005  His watercolor Rubbish Art, Warm Sun was chosen to 2005 the 1st China Lodging Art Exposition and was collected into its painting volume.
2005  His watercolor HAPPY WEEKEND HAPPY FOOTBALL was chosen to the 6th Yunnan Gym Artwork Exhibition and was collected into its painting volume.
2005  He held his individual exhibition in Yunnan Art Association Exhibition Centre.

2007  His watercolor work ELAPSE FAR and gouache work JUNE 1ST--A COMMEMORATIONJ was chosen to Sino-Korea Artwork Exchange Exhibition and was collected into its painting volume.
2007  His watercolor ELAPSE FAR was chosen to Kunming Welcome Olympic Fine Art Calligraphy Photography exhibition.
2007  His oil painting BACK HILL OF DALI COLLEGE, AFTERNOON WARM SUN, THE PAST LIKE MIST, YIMEN SCENE, KUNMING MINGLANG RESERVOIR were chosen to Kunming Film Art Association 2007 Landscape Sketch Exhibition and were collected into its painting volume.
Jan 2008  His 6 pen paintings including SMALL BRIDGE WATERING were chosen to the 1st Yunnan Pen Painting Travelling Exhibition and the works were collected into its painting volume.
