Chaokun He, born in 1954, member of China Artists’ Association, professional painter. He has worked as: professor in Zhoukou Oriental Art Seminar, art consultant in China Livelihood Culture Seminar, member of China Culture Development Promotion Organization, special hired reporter of China Collect magazine, consultant of Beijing Longyinyafeng Culture and Art Research Institute.
