Xiaobing Huang, born in Chenzhou, Hunan Province in November, 1974. In 1995, he graduated from Academy of Arts in Hunan Normal University, major in oil painting, bachelor degree. Member of Hunan Artists’ Association, commissioner of Comic-strip Art Committee of Hunan Artists’ Association, commissioner of Art Committee of Children’s Fine Arts, member of Hunan Gouache Seminar. His works have participated in national and provincial art exhibitions for many times, including that his oil painting work Blackland won gold prize in the 4th Hunan Oil Painting Exhibition. He has 7 individual special books of art published. Now he worked in Academy of Arts and Design of Changsha University of Science and Technology in creating oil painting.
