Hailong Xu, born in Jinyun, August 1977, and graduated from Art Department of Zhejiang Education Institute in 1998, bachelor degree. He works in Jinyun Academy of Industrial Arts.
Member of Zhejiang Artists’ Association, Zhejiang Oil Painting Artists’ Association, painter of Lishui Oil Painting Gallery, vice president and secretary-general of Jinyun Artists’ Association, vice president and secretary-general of Jinyun Oil Painting Association.

September 2001 to July 2002 He studied further in design major in environment art department in China Academy of Fine Arts.
2001 Oil painting works Field and Factory were collected into Splendent Culture of Lishui series.
2003 Oil painting work Winter was selected to the 3rd Zhejiang Youth Fine Arts Exhibition.
2004 Oil painting work Midwinter entered Zhejiang Exhibition Section of the 10th National Exhibition of Fine Arts.
2005 Oil painting work Silent Winter entered 2005 Tide in Moon--Zhejiang Great Exhibition of Oil Painting.
2006 Watercolor works Autumn and Hills in Autumn were published on China Watercolor Issue 33.
On Feburary 24 2007 edition of Fine Arts newspaper, his article Landscape and I and many of his oil painting works were published.
On June 9th 2007 edition of Fine Arts newspaper, his article Lotus Pond Ecstasy and his oil painting work Winter were published.
2007 Watercolor works Corner of Studio No.1, Corner of Studio No.4 and article Corner of Studio were published on China Watercolor Issue 38.
October 2007 Oil painting work Winter entered Chinese and Korean Exchange Exhibition of Oil Painting.
November 2007 Oil painting work Silent Winter was selected to the 4th Zhejiang Youth Fine Arts Exhibition.
