Jian Zhao, male, born in 1982, from Guilin, Guangxi Province. In 2005, he graduated from oil painting specialty of fine art institute of Guangxi Art Academy. Now he works in Guilin Traditional Chinese Painting Gallery of Guilin Culture Union, and is now full-time painter there and secretary of Guilin Artist Association. He was employed and teached in Guilin Advanced Normal School Acad. His works were collected by Guilin Art Museum, and many of his works were collected by the private. His oil painting work Landscape with Bridge participated in Guilin Landscape Contest Exhibition 2006 and won Best Prize(highest), and was collected by Guilin Art Museum.

2007  Oil painting Memory entered Exhibition of Fine Art, Calligraphy and Photography in celebration of the 80th anniversary of foundation of PLA by Guilin City.
2007  Oil painting Pure Land of Farmhouse entered Exhibition of Fine Art, Calligraphy and Photography for Construction of Socialism New Village of Guilin City.
January 19th 2008  Guilin Traditional Chinese Painting Gallery Works Exhibition of Four Artists was held in Guilin Art Museum, and Works Collection of Four Artists of Guilin Traditional Chinese Painting Gallery was published. One of the works was collected by Guilin Art Museum.
