User and zmzart.com agree that conclusion, implemention, explanation and settlement of dispute are apply to laws in China; Any contradiction happens between online service terms and laws of The People's Republic of China, those terms will be reinterpreted completely by laws, and other terms have legal effect as before. Any disputes between zmzart.com and user arising in the process of implementation of this agreement shall be settled by the parties via consultation; for disputes which cannot be settled by consultation, either party can bring the case to court where zmzart.com is in.
